About us

The Thomas Attah Initiative for Community Development (TAICD) is a collaborative, resident-led, non-profit organization committed to improving local well-being through inclusive, participatory, and sustainable development interventions. TAICD works directly with communities to identify priority needs and co-create solutions that strengthen human capital, promote economic resilience, and enhance quality of life.

Our approach emphasizes community ownership, local participation, and long-term impact, ensuring that development initiatives are not only effective but also sustainable and culturally relevant. TAICD aligns its programs and strategies with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), contributing to global development efforts while addressing local realities.
